Sweet Birch Oil, also known as Betula Lenta, is steam distilled from the bar of Adirondack Birch trees. It is a specialty oil which is chemically similar to Wintergreen. It has a sweet and sharp aroma, and is mainly used for pain-relieving effect on joints and muscles as well as treating respiratory problems.
