Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an unrefined oil not treated with chemicals or altered by temperature. It is considered as the highest-quality olive oil as it retains more true olive taste, contains more natural vitamins and minerals, and has a lower level of oleic acid than other olive oil varieties. It has a golden-green appearance and contains no more than 1% oleic acid.
