Lemongrass, also known as Cymbopogon Flexuosus, is a tall, perennial grass which is widely grown in India and tropical areas of Asia. It is a type of grass herb and is steam distilled from its leaves.

It is commonly used in food and beverages due to its nutrient-rich properties, and offers no cholesterol nor fats. It also aids in respiratory and stomach disorders, fever, infections, rheumatism, etc.
