Epsom salts are known to reduce swelling and pain for people with inflammatory conditions, while floral herbs have their own set of healing properties such as calming the mind, reducing inflammation, and antibacterial properties.
In this tutorial, we will be creating a simple floral bath salts which you can whip up quickly.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, give it a good mix and transfer your mixture to your preferred choice of packaging. Depending on your preference, you can add in your own essential oil blends to it as well.
What You Will Need:
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1/4 cup Chamomile
- 1/4 cup Lavender buds
- 1/4 cup Calendula
- 1/4 cup Rose Buds
- Jar or containers
- You can add essential oils to your mixture depending on your preference.
- Keep the mixture airtight and sealed properly.
- You can replace the Epsom Salt with either Dead Sea Salt or Himalayan salt.
